My car, Nissan Sunny,bearing Reg. No. TN 07 BV 8932 was in your shop earlier this month for service and accident repair. The car was picked up and dropped by you. Despite my wanting to do it, I could not visit your shop even once when my car was there since I was getting ready to go on a foreign assignment of a few weeks.To my relief, I found that I didn't I didn't lose anything on that count. One Mr. Senthil (If I remember right, Senthil Kumar is his full name), of Customer Service saw to it that my interest was fully looked after and the service and accident repair jobs were taken care of in an expeditious manner despite there being some holidays and other interruptions. He was not only very friendly and responsive whenever I telephoned him, he kept me updated from time to time about the progress of the jobs and the likely completion time. I am sure that he received excellent cooperation from the body shop and service departments.

Thank you taking time and speaking to me regarding the issues I had with my new Nissan terrano. The 4 items that was listed to be attended to has been carried out and I am happy except for the INK Stainon the front driver seat that seems to have not gone despite your attempt. I will try is at the 3M outlet at Nungambakkam who claim to remove this particular stain. Will let you know after I give this to 3M today evening.

The outdoor antenna seems to have lost its stopper/end cap. Please check if this is available so that I can have it replaced at the earliest.

I'm Hariharan and I have a Nissan Micra Active (TN 11 X 9661) purchased from your dealership(in my father's name Rajendran). I was informed by Mr Prabhu regarding this camp a week back, but unfortunately I was not able to come last week. But Prabhu asked me to just visit the camp. So, this Monday I visited the Happy with Nissan camp, it is not just a camp it is a festival. I can see the spirit in each and every service person of JUBILANT Nissan who is ready to help.

I really thank Prabhu for making me to attend this Happy with Nissan camp, without his notice I would have missed this wonderful opportunity.

This free check up camp is a very good initiative, I don't see any other dealership gives this type of free check up.
